Organic Coconut Oil  (Glass Container)

Coconut oil is a stable, healthy saturated fat that is naturally free from trans-fatty acids. It contains medium-chain fatty acids, like lauric acid, that have a shorter chain length than most animal derived long-chain saturated fatty acids.

Newer research supports the idea that saturated fats rich in medium-chain fatty acids, like those found in virgin coconut oil, are helpful.

In Brief,  Organic Coconut Oil is

  • Totally free from trans fatty acids
  • Cold pressed
  • unrefined
  • unbleached
  • Not deodorized
  • Non hydrogenated
  • GMO free
  • from fresh coconuts
  • Chemically free as nature intended

Organic Coconut Oil is particularly well suited to:

  • Help your lose weight (due to increase metabolism)
  • Prevent premature aging while rejuvenating your skin
  • help improve condition in those with Diabetics, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia
  • Help to optimize your good cholesterol
  • Help to  boost your daily energy levels with the help of medium chain fatty acids found in coconut oil.

In reality, consumption of coconut oil, together with a healthy diet and lifestyle, helps maintain already healthy levels of cholesterol.

Trans fatty acids, also known as trans fat, is an artery-clogging fat that is formed when vegetable oils are hardened into margarine or shortening. It is found in many foods besides margarines and shortenings, however, including fried foods like French fries and fried chicken, doughnuts, cookies, pastries and crackers.

Typically French fries have about 40% trans fatty acids and many popular cookies and crackers range from 30% to 50% trans fatty acids. Doughnuts have about 35% to 40% trans fatty acids .

Trans fat is known to increase blood levels of low density lipoprotein (LDL) or bad cholesterol while lowering levels of high density lipoprotein (HDL) known as good cholesterol. It may also cause major clogging of arteries, type 2 diabetes and other serious health problems and may increase the risk of heart disease. Many food companies use trans fat instead of oil because it reduces cost, extends storage life of products and can improve flavour and texture.

Coconut is truly one of nature’s miracle foods. Virgin Coconut oil comes from 100% raw coconuts. The coconut flesh is cold-pressed. Very few coconut oil products found in the market place today are in the same league as Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Cold pressed coconut oil consist of 90+% of medium chained, saturated fat – a very important building block of every cell in the human body.

The lowering cholesterol properties of coconut oil are a direct result of its ability to stimulate thyroid function. In the presence of adequate thyroid hormone, cholesterol (specially bad LDL cholesterol) is converted by enzymatic process to the vitally necessary anti-aging hormones, pregnonolone, progesterone and DHEA. These substances are required to help prevent heart disease, senility, obesity, and other diseases associated with aging and chronic degeneration.

Virgin Coconut oil contains up to 50% lauric acid, which has powerful anti-microbial, anti-fungal.

Coconut oil is the best dietary fat source for those with candida, hormone imbalances, hypoglycaemia, and/or weakened liver. Coconut oil is an instant energy source. Contains no cholesterol, no trans fatty acids and is not hydrogenated.

Virgin Organic Coconut Oil is excellent as a food and equally as a lotion for the skin.
